Yes, we are fully licensed and able to pick you up at the outer curb (Passenger Pick Up Location) at LAX.
At this time, our drivers are unable to meet you inside the arrival's terminal due to the ongoing construction at LAX. All parking structures intermittently close down, making it impossible to access parking during these periods.
Gratuity is excluded from the total. Any acknowledgment for exceptional service through a tip is entirely optional yet sincerely valued.
We provide 30 (thirty) minutes of complimentary waiting time for Domestic Arrivals and 1 (one) hour for International Arrivals. After this grace period, an extra charge of $85 per hour will be applied to your payment method. Please note that we can wait for a maximum of two hours after your flight reaches the gate. If you do not meet the driver within this timeframe, we reserve the right to depart from the pick-up location and classify the trip as a no-show with a full fare price charged to your credit card.

A minimum cleaning and damage fee of $250 will be applied for vehicle damages or cleaning, encompassing instances such as alcohol, food, or trash spillage, broken glassware, upholstery damage or replacement, vomit, or any other interior or exterior damage caused by the riders or their party, including pets.
Yes, we do monitor flights for our clients. If your flight is delayed, we will make every effort to adjust our schedule and have a driver available upon your arrival at no additional charge. In the event of a cancellation or a significant delay, we will work closely with you to accommodate any necessary changes to your transportation plans.

Cancellations made within less than 1 day (1 (one) day prior to service date) will be charged a full balance of the contract. You have 1 day (1 (one) day prior to service date) to cancel a contract at no charge. Cancellations have to be written and submitted to us through this site or email, and have to be confirmed by one of our representatives. Suv2Lax will have the right to add and collect late charges with interest at maximum rate allowed by law. All such sums are due and owing with any other expenses (filing fees, court cost and reasonable attorney fees, etc.)
